FEATURES
1. AIR COOLING SYSTEM:
Ordinary flat yarn making machine is equipped with water cooling system, when films go into quench bath (water), the films will arise fluctuation on water, the waves will leave indented trace on the films, it will make the yarns with different thickness and reduce the their tensility.
Our machine is equipped with air cooling system to avoid the above mentioned defect, we use cooling roller (inside cold water circulation) and air blade to replace water cooling, the yarns do not directly dip in water, so we can produce the yarns with more smooth surface, it can strengthen the tensility. Besides this, the yarns are softer for next step weaving, especially for ton bags weaving.
2. LONG LIFE FILTER
Cartridge type filter can continuously work till 60 days without change filter, it can provide long time non-clog of melting flow and can stabilize the pressure of T-die. It available to produce yarns with equal denier and high stretch.
3. SPECIAL DESIGN OF SCREW ROD
The extruder employs special design of screw rod to provide completely and uniformly melting and excellent product quality. Any brand of material and pigment is available to produce.
